Born in Philadelphia and now rooted in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, she is recognized for building scalable systems, leading high-impact initiatives, and forming strategic partnerships that drive both business growth and community transformation.
Her work bridges the gap between business strategy and social impact, creating sustainable pathways for workforce development, leadership advancement, and economic empowerment.
As CEO of Diamond Dynasty Productions, LLC, Davina leads a full-service consulting and event production company specializing in strategic planning, branding, and professional development. As Founder of People Over Profit Lloyd Foundation, Inc., she champions the empowerment of men and male youth through mentorship, workforce readiness, education, and leadership development.
A graduate of the Waccamaw American Leadership Forum (WALF) Class VIII and the Pinnacle Financial Partners Mastermind Leadership Program, Davina continues to invest in growth — her own and others'. She is a former Secretary of the Myrtle Beach Branch of the NAACP and a dedicated community advocate for workforce development and economic empowerment.
